End User License Agreement (EULA)

This document outlines the Terms of Use for all apps, games, and websites developed and owned by Chudhary Haris Asalam Sohail (“we,” “our products,” or “us”). By installing or using our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our products.

Agreement Overview

By using our apps, you confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies in addition to this agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the updated version.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use our apps on a personal device you own or control. All intellectual property rights remain with us. You may not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute our apps.

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works.

  • Use our products in unauthorized or unlawful ways.

Any violation will result in termination of this license.

Data & Privacy

We do not collect personal data (such as your name, email, or phone number) unless you provide it voluntarily, for example in support requests. If shared, your information will only be used to respond to your query and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

For apps that show ads, non-personal information (e.g., device identifiers like Google Advertiser ID) may be collected to improve ad relevance. In the EU, ads will only be shown after user consent.

Advertisements & In-App Purchases

  • Our apps may display ads through trusted providers such as Google AdMob.

  • Some apps may include in-app purchases. These are processed securely through the app store you use (Google Play or Apple App Store).

Permissions & Internet Access

Our apps may request internet access to display ads, download content, or collect anonymous analytics data. Some apps may also include features to share content on social media. We do not collect any information from your accounts.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our apps for illegal activities or in ways that violate laws. Any misuse may result in termination of your access without notice.

Age Restrictions

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have accidentally collected such information, we will delete it immediately. Parents may contact us if they believe their child has provided data.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will take effect when posted. Continued use of our products means you agree to the latest version.
