2. Advertising & Analytics

  • We use Google AdMob for ad monetization. AdMob may collect non-personal identifiers (e.g. device identifiers) to deliver ads.

  • We may disclose non-personal data to third-party ad networks or allow them to collect it via embedded SDKs.

  • We do not share your personal data with ad networks or third parties.

3. Location Data

  • Certain app features may request permission to access location (GPS, Wi-Fi, IP-based).

  • We will only access your location with explicit permission and will not store or share your location data with third parties or ad networks.

4. Camera, Photos, Media & Files

  • If you grant camera permission, we may use it to capture photos (e.g. for framing features). We do not access your full photo library or videos without your action.

  • If your app requires access to selected photos/files (e.g. for user-selected images), we only use the ones you explicitly choose. We do not upload, store, or process your files beyond the user’s session, unless explicitly stated.

5. Permissions & Special Access

  • BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: Used only to receive notifications from certain configured apps (as allowed by you).

  • READ_PHONE_STATE: Used only to receive notifications from installed apps.

  • We use permissions strictly for their declared, limited purposes.

6. Face Swap / Face Data (If applicable)

If your app includes a face swap feature:

  • Data Collected: Facial keypoints (eyes, nose, mouth), head position, zones, and depth mapping.

  • Purpose: To detect faces, map features, generate effects on user-provided images.

  • Data Processing & Storage: Face data is processed securely and temporarily. We do not share it with third parties. It is deleted automatically (e.g. within one hour) after processing.

  • Security: Data is encrypted during transfer (SSL/TLS). Access is limited to authorized systems.

  • Consent: You must grant permission to access gallery or photo sources. You can revoke permission anytime by deleting the app or clearing its data.

7. Google Account / Drive / Calendar Access (If used)

If your app integrates Google services:

  • Google Account Info: With your consent, we may access basic account info (email, profile) for login. We do not store this data permanently.

  • Google Drive: With your explicit permission, we may allow backup or restore of app data. We only access files created by our app. We do not retain your files or metadata on our servers.

  • Google Calendar: With your permission, we may read or sync calendar events for features (reminders, synchronization). We do not store calendar data on our servers once processed.

  • All communications with Google APIs are encrypted.

  • You have the right to revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.

8. Data Use, Sharing & Security

  • We use information solely to provide functionality, improve services, show relevant ads (if applicable), and support user features.

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.

  • We may share non-personal data with service providers (analytics, hosting) under confidentiality.

  • In case of legal requests or fraud investigation, we may disclose data as required by law.

9. Retention & Deletion

  • Data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law.

  • Face data and temporary data are deleted automatically post-processing.

  • Since we do not store personal user data permanently, deletion requests can be fulfilled by revoking access or deleting the app.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy over time. We will post changes here, with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our app constitutes acceptance of changes. Check periodically for updates.
